Executive Recruitment is a broad approach that is tailored to draw a fast response from a wide range of candidates. It is very flexible and fluid, combining Advertised Recruitment, Executive Search, Industry Networking and Database Search. It is most useful when the position can be filled by targeting executives from a specific industry or by drawing candidates from a broad market through advertising.

The Search component identifies relevant candidates who may not currently be looking for another position because they are enjoying success in their current role. The Advertised Recruitment component will source candidates who have relevant experience in previous positions but whose current role would not identify them as a Search target.

The Advertised Recruitment component will use J-YES Consulting's expertise in writing, designing and placing recruitment advertisements that successfully target the most appropriate candidates.
