Executive Search or Headhunting is the targeting of specific executives through
a direct approach. It is used to locate senior or specialist executives who are
currently achieving with their present employer and are not actively looking to
change jobs. It is particularly effective for companies operating in industries
that need specialist staff in short supply or senior level executives.
When we conduct Executive Search assignments we do not use advertising to source
candidates. Nor do we do a cursory search of a database of candidates only. Our
methodology is based on extensive research into relevant industries to identify
companies, which may employ potential candidates. Investigations are then
carried out regarding the candidates themselves to identify genuine performers
for our client.
Executives of client companies are never approached in the course of an
executive search assignment.
